General Procedures

*Only gymnasts and coaches are allowed in the gym area.
*Gymnasts should wear appropriate gym attire and jewelry should be removed.
*Absolutely No glass containers in any part of the building.

Drop off & Pick up

*All cars must be parked in parking space.  No cars can be parked along the walkway.
*Students must brought to the appropriate lobby.
*All students in lobby must be accompanied by an adult.
*All students must have the appropriate waiver form completed by their parent or guardian to participate in class.
*Parents must come into the building to pick up student.
*When being picked up from class, all students must be signed out.
*No child will be allowed to leave without a parent or guardian.

Insurance Policy

As stated in the waiver you sign each year, there are risks and dangers involved in gymnastics training.  We cannot allow gymnasts to attend class if they are not covered by their parent's personal health insurance.  This is for everyone's safety.

Make-up Policy

*All make-ups must be scheduled with the front desk.
*Make-ups are subject to openings in class times, and are not guaranteed.
*Make-ups should be scheduled within the month of class missed.  You may not make up classes unless you are a current student and your account is current.
*We do not allow make-ups for gym scheduled holidays.
*There are No make-ups for team members.

Drop Policy

Students must withdraw from class in writing by the 15th of the month, prior to month stopping classes, in order to avoid being billed for the month.  If a student is absent for 4 consecutive weeks & your account is past due, the student will be dropped from their class.

Collection Policy

If your account is 60 days past due, it will be turned over to a collection company.  Once an account is turned over to collection, we can no longer accept a payment.  The collection company will report all accounts to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis.
