1. Call or stop by to set up a Free Trial.

2. Attend your Free Trial Class.
 *When you arrive, stop by the front desk to check in & fill out your Registration & Waiver forms.  The registration form must be completely filled out and signed by the student's legal parent or guardian.  All students must have primary health insurance in order to participate. Once you complete your paperwork you and your child will receive a wristband.  Our staff will evaluate your child during their Trial Class and decide if they have been placed in the appropriate class for their age and skill level.

3. After the Trial Class, stop back by the front desk & sign up.  
*Upon sign-up, you will pay the Annual Registration Fee & first month's tuition.  If you are starting in the middle of the month, your tuition will be prorated.

We are a year round program.  This means all students are re-enrolled every month.  Stop by the front desk if you need to transfer to another class.

Registration/ Anniversary Fee
Anniversary Fee is due at time of registration & is good for one calendar year from the date of registration.
$50 1st Child, $40 2nd Child, $30 3rd child, $20 each additional child.

Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A $10 late fee will be applied if your tuition isn't paid by the 15th of the month.  If the 15th falls on a planned closing, your tuition must be paid before the planned closing.  We cannot waive a late fee for any reason.
We except cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards.


Tuition is the same every month regardless of the number of classes or holidays.
Students will receive between 3-5 weeks of classes each month.
Over a one year period, classes average out to 4 classes per month. 

Make-ups
We have one Make-up class per month.  Make-ups must be done on the specified month's make-up.  All make-ups must be scheduled with the front desk and are subject to space availability.

Dropping from the Program
If you drop from the program, you will need to notify us in writting 15 days prior to the month you are dropping.  We have a drop notice on the desk that you can fill out, you can email us at rivercitygymnastics@gmail.com, or you can fax us at 901-377-0403.  Please specify your child's name, class/es dropping & any feedback.
